Everything you describe in that sad excuse for a review is 100% preventable, had you taken the time to familiarize yourself with the mpc; instead of running to the computer to tell everyone just how much you don't know what you're doing. I could not figure out how to fix that. Then, as I was trying to figure that out, somehow, the MPC plug in became offset from the beat in my recording software, by just a fraction of a second.

I had to remove the plug in from the song and then re-insert it So, I thought that I would record the beat using the MPC software as a standalone, i.e., not as a VST plug in. I tried exporting as a wav file. The results were horrible! The tempo changed and not all of the notes I recorded actually showed up.

I only had two bars or recording, and I set it to export from bar 1 to bar 2. So, this equipment is a four hundred (American monetary unit) waste of my money right now. Completely unusable.
