Or maybe Im New. I got it working and everything is working GREAT. I followed the suggestions of someone from Yahoo as well as Shekhar's. Here is what the person suggested from Yahoo Answers. If I had that problem here is what I would do. The idea is to get your computer in a state like it has never seen iTunes.
To do this download Revo Uninstaller and uninstall iTunes with the default settings(moderate) After uninstalling if a Window pops up asking you to restart now say no or cancel. Let Revo finish. When it scans for leftover files Delete all that it finds.
When you are finished restart the computer and check the C drives Program Files. If you see any folder for iTunes delete it. Now open up Revo Uninstaller again and uninstall Java unless you have Java 6 Update 20.
When you're done Download Java and install it. Now Download iTunes version 8.2.1 from the Old Apps site and install it. I see no way that you will have any more problems with iTunes. To import your music with iTunes open click File and then Add Folder to Library. Browse to the folder your music is in and highlight the folder and click on Select Folder. ITunes will import and convert as necessary.
The older version of iTunes didn't work out for me but following these instructions did get everything removed from the computer and I was able to get back to square one where I was able to get Bonjour (which I still haven't figured what it is and why I need it) back on my computer. Once I got that part figured out I was able to follow Shekhar's instructions and get regedit changed to grant me permissions!
The only thing I was worried about was syncing and everything turned out great! I'm actually listening to my iPod as we speak!!!!
Thank you everyone for all of your help, and if anyone needs any help in the future, I've learnec a lot over the last few days reading different things trying to figure this out so if anyone needs more help or support I am willing to help out the best that I can.
