So could be heating element or along those lines. When I open doors it beeps two times and flashes red on the temperature control pad. I believe that's a fault, and the two beeps tell you what the fault is. I have defrosted behind the cover in the freezer as it was iced up. The freezer works good but the fridge only gets as cold as 8 to 10 degrees c. I can only guess as to the reason that is happening but suggest that the evaporation tray underneath is not emptying before the next lot of water comes in. You don't mention where you live but if it's anything like the weather we're having at present, humidity may be the cause.
