Until recently I was using USBasp as a programmer together with a version of Avrdude gui accepting this programmer. A few weeks ago, I decided to buy a second programmer in case the first one would fail and also because USBasp is not recognised by Studio which I use in assembler (I don't know anything in the C language). I found a very cheap kit emulating AVRisp mkII: It works great and is recognised by Studio. Unfortunately, Avrdude gui don't know anything about Avrisp mkII. So when I download a Hex file, I am not able to use the Avrisp mkII.
