The Army arts and crafts program, no matter what it has been titled, has made some unique contributions for the military and our society in general.
E-Notify Arts & Crafts Programs for Children WCPR’s Arts & Crafts programs offer a wide variety of fine arts and crafts instruction for ages 3 and older to stimulate creativity, social interaction and skill development. Our goal is to provide an experience that will allow each child to explore their imagination through creative engagement while having fun. While most scheduled classes require registration and payment, WCPR also offers a variety of FREE programs throughout the year which include a “make-it, take-it” craft project.
